Do you know that if you grant a lease for a fixed term to a non-Ghanaian without a renewal clause in such lease agreement you are entitled not to renew the said lease upon its expiration? Section 50(17) of Land Act 2020.

The maximum lease term you can give to a non-Ghanaian is 50 years at any one time. Section 10(6) of Land Act 2020 & Article 266 (4) of 1992 Constitution.
