Do you know that a person may make an application to a Court for the involuntary admission and treatment of a person believed to be suffering from severe mental disorder, where the person named is at personal risk or a risk to other people or there is a substantial risk that the mental disorder will deteriorate seriously? Section 42 (1) (a & b) of Mental Health Act, 2012 (Act 846).
