Do you know that the holder of a tourism enterprise licence has the right to confiscate and may sell property deposited or left with the licensee or on the premises of the licensee where the guest is indebted to the licensee for non-payment of accommodation, food or services used or consumed by the guest except that the sale shall not be made until the expiration of three months after the date the debt accrued and remains unpaid?
