Do you know that section 75 of the Labour Act 2003 states that where a temporary worker is employed by an employer for a continuous period of six months and more, he/she must be treated as a permanent  worker. This provision has also received judicial pronouncement in the case of Dzaisu v. Ghana Breweries Ltd. [2009]6GMJ111(SC).
