Do you know that where harm is unlawfully caused to a person within Ghana, but the death as a result of the harm, occurs outside Ghana, the person who caused or abetted the causing of the harm may be tried and punished for murder or manslaughter as if the death had occurred within Ghana? Section 68 of Criminal Offences Act, 1960 (Act 29).
