Do you know that a person in charge of a hospital in which a person has died an unnatural death shall forthwith give notice of the death to the coroner for the district and a person who fails to comply commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding GHC2,400 or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months or to both? Section 2(3) & (3) of Coroners Act, 1960 (Act 18).
