Do you know that a person other than a police officer may arrest without a warrant, another person if that person commits an act of domestic violence in the presence of the person or has reasonable suspicion that the other person has committed an offence of domestic violence and shall within a reasonable time hand over the person arrested to the police? Section 10 (1), (2) & (3) of Domestic Violence Act, 2007 (Act 732).
