Do you know that a candidate who, during examination copies from the script of another candidate or communicates with another candidate, is in possession of a textbook, electronic device or material in the room without lawful authority, copies or receives external assistance commits offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine or a term of imprisonment of not exceeding one year or both? Section 6 of West African Examinations Council Act, 2006 (Act 719).
