Do you know that the concept of Regulation has been changed to Constitution under the new Companies Act 2019 and moreover a company is not obliged to have a registered constitution? The Act makes provision for schedules of company’s constitution which can apply by default when a company does not have its own constitution? Sec. 23 & 25 of Companies Act, 2019.
