Do you know that a driver of a vehicle shall produce a licence or any related document immediately or within 24hrs of being required to produce same by a Police Officer? Do you also know that a Police Officer who is not below the rank of an inspector may, where necessary, retain the driver’s licence as may be required but the Police Officer shall issue official receipt for the retention?
