Do you know that the Land Registrar shall not register large scale land dispositions of stool, skin, clan or family land unless the Regional Lands Commission has given consent and concurrence to such dispositions.

For purposes of clarification large scale land dispositions are interest in land which exceed 10 acres for residential purpose and 50 acres for agricultural, civic, cultural, commercial and industrial purposes. (Section 102 of the Land Act 2020 (Act 1036)
