Do you know that a good title to a piece of land can be derived from any of the following; a) an enactment, b) grant, vesting order or conveyance from the State, c) a final judgment of a court or d) a grant, an acquisition under customary law, conveyance, assignment or mortgage which is at least 30 years old and establishes that a person is entitled to convey an interest in the land.
