Do you know that a person shall not take or permit to be taken an indecent image or photograph of a child, publish, stream, including live stream of same through a computer or an electronic device and anyone who contravenes commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine or to a term of imprisonment of not less than 5 years and not more than 10 years or to both?
