Your Legal Eye:
Do you know that there’s no law in Ghana to the effect that goods sold are not returnable? A seller’s fundamental obligation is to deliver specific goods or goods substantially corresponding to the description or sample by which they were sold to the buyer. Where the seller is in breach of this fundamental obligation, the buyer may reject the goods and in addition maintain action against the seller. Sections 8 & 55 of the Sale of Goods Act, 1962 (Act 137).
