Do you know that a person writing a letter or any other document for or at the request of an illiterate person whether gratuitously or for a reward must clearly and correctly read over and explain to the illiterate person, cause the illiterate person to sign or make a mark at the foot of the letter with the full name and address on the letter as writer of it?
