Your Legal Eye:
Do you know that witnesses to an agreement attest only to the signatures of the parties to that agreement and not the content of the agreement? Section 68 of Land Act 2020 (Act 1036).
So next time you are called to append your signature in the capacity of a witness, you must know that you are only attesting to the signature of the party to whom you are so called and not the content of the the agreement itself.
